NOTICE
Please take notice that on December 3, 1991 the Planning Director of the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado, approved the I-L Site Plan known as Evergreen Park Lot
3, I-L Site Plan Review, which development was submitted and processed in
accordance with Section 29-372 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins. The•Site
and Landscape Plans of the subject property are on file in the office of the
Clerk of the City of Fort Collins.
The subject property is more particularly described as follows:
Lot 3 of the Evergreen Industrial Park Subdivision, being located in the
northwest Quarter of Section 1, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th
P.M., City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado,
containing approximately .688 acres more or less.
