Type I administrative review in progress a. No modifications of standards in the LUC needed. b. Outdoor storage will be screened with a combination of privacy fencing and trees. C. Parking spaces will be limited to five and less than 1,800 square feet. d. Off street parking and vehicular use areas will be surfaced with asphalt. e.
