Addressed
1. Type I administrative review in progress
a. No modifications of standards in the LUC needed.
b. Outdoor storage will be screened with a combination of privacy fencing
and trees.
C. Parking spaces will be limited to five and less than 1,800 square feet.
d. Off street parking and vehicular use areas will be surfaced with asphalt.
e. We will comply with LUC landscaping requirements.
2. A transportation impact study had been submitted

6. There are no wetlands on this site.
a. Kim Kreimeyer has determined that this study will not be required.
b. Because of the distance from this site to the Eaton Pitch, Kim Kreimeyer

not be required.
d. Plant material and grasses have been selected that require a minimum
amount of water.
e. A recycling bin will be provided and single trash hauler will be used.

7. Transportation impact study has been submitted. CDOT has determined that an
access permit will not be required: 970-350-2148 ATTN: Gloria. Kathleen
Reavis with transportation has determined that no additional bicycle/pedestrian
connections between the site and surrounding properties will be necessary.
