Mr. Bath is proposing to relocate his business to this site. Based upon information provided by Gene Coppola, traffic engineer for Mr. Bath, CDOT does not feel that we have the warrant necessary to require any changes to the existing access. The existing access is deemed to be "grandfathered" until such time as increase of traffic using the access is proposed. If you should have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
