Jim Bath of JB Excavating has asked me to comment regarding the existing access located on the 125 East Frontage
Road, north of Vine. Mr. Bath is proposing to relocate his business to this site. Based upon information provided by
Gene Coppola, traffic engineer for Mr. Bath, CDOT does not feel that we have the warrant necessary to require any
changes to the existing access.
The existing access is deemed to be "grandfathered" until such time as increase of traffic using the access is proposed.
