We represent the Larimer & Weld Irrigation Company and have reviewed the development
package which was sent to them on the referenced matter.
Our ditch generally runs north and east of the subject property. Even though this ditch is a
significant distance from the property, historically there has been significant deep water or other
groundwaters that have resulted in the easterly and northeasterly portion of the property being quite
wet. At times there may be as much as six inches of water in this general northeast sector of the
property. This is generally in the area which is identified as "Storage Yard."
Any new structures or driveways need to specifically take this into consideration as well as the
site generally. -
