Hello Todd, I hope this email finds you well. It has taken us several months to address staff comments.
But, I believe we've been able to come up with a reasonable solution. In response to staff's request to
screen antennas from all 4 sides, Verizon has decreased the number of antennas proposed down from
12 to S. The location of antennas will remain the same on the building. However, the previously
proposed screening did not have sufficient allowances to include the antennas and related cables. The
screening has been reduced in width and elongated to match the lines of the building. Please find
attached revised site plans & photo sims. Verizon's screening will be painted to match the building.
Sample material was sent 12/11/19. 1 trust this was deemed acceptable.
Verizon's architect conducted a site visit with city staff and the property owner. The landscape design
has been updated in accordance with. The interior route for power and fiber were addressed.
Finally, Property owner has agreed to grant FT. Collins an Electric Utility Easement to include Verizon's
proposed electrical route from the existing transformer to the building and fiber conduit. Please refer
to LS-1 for legal description. Please find attached a copy of the agreement for your approval.
