Dear Mr. Sullivan, please find enclosed a response to staff comments received 11.08.19. Verizon
is proposing to install equipment mounted to the building located at the above-mentioned
address. In order to comply with the request to screen antennas on all 4 sides, Verizon has
decreased the number of antennas proposed down from 12 to 8. The location of antennas will
remain the same on the building. Screening has been reduced in width and elongated to match
the lines of the building. Verizon’s screening will be painted to match the building. Sample
material was sent 12/11/19. Verizon’s architect conducted a site visit with city staff and the
property owner. The landscape design has been updated in accordance with. The interior route
for power and fiber were addressed.
Finally, Property owner has agreed to grant FT. Collins an Electric Utility Easement to include
Verizon’s proposed electrical route from the existing transformer to the building and fiber
conduit. Please refer to LS-1 for legal description. Please find attached a copy of the agreement
for your approval. Please find enclosed a written response to staff comments.
