This is an involuntary annexation of the property known as K - 2, Enclave Annexation & Zoning, #51-91 B. This county enclave consists of 29.7 acres; located east of I - 25 a quarter mile north of Vine Drive and south Larimer Weld Canal. The proposed zoning is I - Industrial. The Planning and Zoning Board will make a recommendation that will be considered by the City Council at public hearings on July 1 and July 15, 1997. These meetings are also held at City Hall West beginning at 6:30 p.m. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records.
