Site plan, landscape plan, utility plans and plat are coming into you respectively form Vaught Frye, Ripley & Associates and Stuart Engineering. 2. Enclosed is a cover letter for the Planning Department and the Planning and Zoning Board. 3. Enclosed is a copy of the revised Statement of Planning Objectives. 4. Other responses: ,6) The building on lot 13 will be sprinkled and all other buildings will be compartmentalized to meet fire department requirements. W'Public Service is agreeable that the currently platted eight -foot utility easements are satisfactory. c) The frontage road at the north presently provides access to a single property, that is, �J1d41 Mill Brothers Nursery. The remaining short section of this frontage road will be improved at such time when adjacent lot- - is deve oped, as requested_, by the engineering department, and loc y will be maintained as a present and future_access"2oint for IV�ill Brother�� uc a< d) Signage for this PUD will include signage consistent with the city of Fort Collins zoning code and the existing Cameron Park Declaration and Covenants which all lot owners are subject to. Mike, thanks for your help with this combined preliminary -final PUD. I have asked everybody I am working with to meet your requested early deadline in order to give you the additional time necessary to review to details and furthermore, I have encouraged them to put all submittals in the best possible final form. Kindly give me a call with any questions you may have. If you'd like to meet I will arrange my schedule to review this revised PUD submittal with you. If I am going to keep my financing and ownership plans in line so that I can continue to clean up this "Cameron Park" development anomaly and integrate it successfully with the new proposed city open space and make it a successful transitional use, it is important that we get this preliminary -final PUD through P&Z this month.
