As requested, this letter will serve as confirmation of our telephone conversation this morning
regarding the Fossil Creek Office Park East P.U.D., Preliminary and Final, #52-91B.
On March 25, 1996, the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins approved the
Fossil Creek Office Park East P.U.D., Preliminary and Final, #52-91B by a vote of 6-0 (consent .
agenda).
Preliminary and Final P.U.D. approval was granted for 40,992 square feet of office use in eight
buildings on approximately 3.95 acres. The property is located west of College Avenue, north of
Cameron Drive, on Coronado Court and is zoned b-p, Planned Business with a Planned Unit
Development (P.U.D.) condition and B-L, Limited Business.
