Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, August 31,
1992*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold
a public hearing on two proposed projects in your neighborhood. The proposed projects are
commonly known as Horsetooth Commons PUD - Amended Overall Development Plan, #58-
91C, and Kingston Woods, 2nd Filing, PUD - Preliminary, #58-91B.
The Horsetooth Commons PUD - Amended Overall Development Plan is a request to amend
Tract C of the existing Overall Development, which currently allows 32 multi -family units, to
allow 9 single family lots on the 2.46 acre tract. The Kingston Woods, 2nd Filing, PUD -
Preliminary is a request for 22 single family lots on 5.47 acres, which is Tract C of Horsetooth
Commons PUD Overall Development Plan. Both projects are located on the north side of
Horsetooth Road and west of Richmond Drive and zoned R-P, Planned Residential.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this
matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review
of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the
area based on current County Assessor's records. If you should have questions or require
