RE: Kingston Woods P.U.D. 2nd Filing. Resubmittal of Final
Documents addressing staff comments.
Kirsten:
Please find enclosed two prints each of the Filing Plat., Landscape
Plan and Site Plan for said project with revisions as requested.
Below is a discussion of how each of the staff comments, from your
letter dated August 21, 1992, was addressed.
Comments 1, 2, and 3 have been taken care of on said
Filing Plat.
Comment 4. Matt Baker is investigating the status of
.this Special Improvement District.
Comment 5. We will be processing a right-of-way vacation
request through City Council. A note has been added to the
- F'i'1 i'ng�P1'at-about-ex-ist-ing-r-i-ght-of-way-being-vacated.
Comment 6. The U.S. West easement has been shown on the
Filing Plat, and I have submitted a request for an encroach-
ment permit to U.S. West. I will submit a copy of said per-
mit to you when I receive it.
Comment 7 has been taken care ofon the Filing Plat.
Comments 8, 9, 10, 12 and 22 are being addressed at this
time, and I will submit revised plans as soon as they are
complete.
Comment 11. I will be confirming site distances along
Patterson Place. The proper name of Patterson Place has been
corrected on all plans and plat.
Comment 13. In the opinion of Dave Lingle, the width of the
tract or landscape easement, as shown on the site plan, is
adequate for the type of shrubs specified..

Comment 14. Has been taken care of on the Site Plan.
Comment 15. The XXXXX pattern along the north property line
on the Site and Landscape Plans is an existing fence line.
Comments 16, 17, and 18 have been taken care of on the Site
Plan and Filing Plat.
Comment 19. All of the referred to easements or right-of-way
are either shown on the Filing Plat, do not encumber subject
property or will be involved in the above mentioned right-
of-way vacation process.
Comment 20. 1 believe that Lot 1. Block 3 will be able to
accommodate a standard drive way. A shared drive way is a
possibility depending on the layout of the proposed houses.
Please see enclosed sketch showing potential drive way
locations.
Comment 21 has been taken care of on the Site Plan.
