Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
January 27, 1992*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on two proposed annexations in your
neighborhood. The proposed annexations are commonly known as Pickett Second
Annexation and Zoning, #56-91A and Pickett Third Annexation and Zoning,
#56-91B,C.
The second annexation and zoning consists of the annexation of approximately
.0196 acre, located at the east end of Spaulding Lane between Country Club Road
and Willox Lane. The proposed zoning is RP, Planned Residential.
The third annexation and zoning consists of the annexation of approximately .2435
acre, located on the south end of Westview Road approximately 1/4 mile south of
Country Club Road. The proposed zoning is RP, Planned Residential.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the
public hearing, written comments are welcome.
