Dear Resident or Property Owner:
On Wednesday, July 20, 2005 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., at the Timberline Church at
2908 S. Timberline (enter through the main West entrance on Timberline and follow
signs inside upstairs to Room 213), the City of Fort Collins Current Planning
Department will conduct a neighborhood meeting to discuss a development proposal in
your neighborhood. The project is known as Pinecone PUD, The Tower Shoppes, Sonic
Drive -In PDP — Type II (#60-91 N)
This is a request to develop a vacant parcel into a Sonic Drive -In. This meeting is an
opportunity for the developer to show their plans to you and for you to respond with any
comments or questions you have about the proposal.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from
official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home
occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property
owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. If you are unable to attend
this meeting, written comments are welcome.
