The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, on Monday, June 5, 1995*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, is planning to hold
a public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The
proposed project is commonly known as Pinecone PUD, The Tower
Shoppes - Final, #60-91M.
The applicant is requesting final approval for a neighborhood
shopping center with grocery store, retail, and restaurant pad
sites totaling 99,000 s.f. on 11.74 acres located at the northeast
corner of Timberline Road and Horsetooth Road and zoned bp, Planned
Business.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of
record within 500 feet of the area based on current County
Assessor's records. If you should have questions or require
