Sandbox Solar
Waterglen Access Road
To Whom It May Concern,
Temple Construction plans to work with Sandbox Solar to create an access road to their
Waterglen Solar Project. This road will be constructed within an existing easement for Boxelder
Sanitation. We do not plan to exceed the limits of this existing easement and should be able to
contain the impacts during construction to this area only. Materials will be stored on the north
end of the road at the Solar field and the ground will be worked north to south. There will be no
need to obtain temporary construction easement on this project. If you have any questions
