Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
April 26, 1993*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your
neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Dakota Pines PUD -
Preliminary and Final, #60-91F.
The applicant is requesting 39 patio homes and townhomes on 5.58 acres located
on the north side of Horsetooth Road, approximately 1/2 mile east of Timberline
and zoned RP, Planned Residential.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the
public hearing, written comments are welcome.
