Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
May 24, 1993*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on two proposed projects in your
neighborhood. The proposed projects are commonly known as Dakota Ridge Rezoning,
#60-91I and Dakota Ridge PUB - Preliminary, #60-91H.
The applicant is requesting to rezone approximately 1.49 acres, located east of
Timberline Road and north of Horsetooth Road from the T-Transition District to
the R-P, Planned Residential District.
The applicant is also requesting 155 single family lots on 57.20 acres located
on the north side of Horsetooth, approximately 1/2 mile east of Timberline and
zoned rp, Planned Residential.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the
public hearing, written comments are welcome.
