RE: Dakota Ridge P.U.D., 2nd Phase
Preliminary Staff Review
Dear Ted:
This letter is in response to Staff Comments received April 23, 1993
regarding Dakota Ridge P.U.D., 2nd Phase.
After review of staff comments with the developer and meetings with
the developer, TST Engineering, Mike Herzig and Kerry Ashbeck, we
are requesting that we be allowed to address staff comments at the
Final submittal on June 7. This request is chiefly based on the fact that
major realignments of streets are still to be determined by the engi-
neers.
Additional comments by staff involved the inclusion of a bike/pedes-
trian path and several access points. This path is indicated on our
Preliminary submittal. We will address the additional details of the
path at Final.
We will also supply the alternative and additional street names request-
ed. The developer of Dakota Ridge and of Stone Ridge 2nd, Les
Kaplan, have mutually agreed to change Willow Creek Drive and
Greystone Drive to Creekstone Drive.
We will provide a pedestrian crossing at the intersection of Willow
Creek Drive and Red Mountain Drive.
The development configuration does reflect the land trade with CSU.
The affected property will be indicated on the Final submittal.
Fencing restrictions next to open space will be noted on the Final
submittal.

The detached walk and street trees at Red Mountain Drive will be
continued to the intersection of Vermont Drive.
We hope these interim responses will assist staff until the time of Final
submittal on June 7.
