The proposed project is commonly known as Dakota Ridge PUD, 1st Filing - Preliminary P.U.D., #60-91D. The applicant is requesting 66 single family residences on 24.56 acres, located north of Horsetooth Road and 1/4 mile east of Timberline Road, zoned rp, Planned Residential. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome.
