Dear Mr. Campion,
This letter is to inform you that your request for a six (6) month extension of the Planning and Zoning
Board's approval of the Potts PUD - Final was granted administratively on December 11, 1995.
* The original development request was approved by the Board on June 22, 1992 and was
scheduled to expire on June 26, 1995.
* Your first six (6) month extension request was granted administratively on May 31, 1995 and
was scheduled to expire on December 18, 1995.
This second extension, granted administratively, continues the validity of the final PUD plan
to June 24, 1996.
As set forth in Section 29-526(H)(3) of the City Code, extensions for two (2) successive periods of
six (6) months may be granted administratively. Any additional six (6) month extensions to the PUD
shall be approved, if at all, by the Planning and Zoning Board. The Potts PUD - Final has now
received the two (2) six (6) month extensions, granted administratively, that it is entitled to.
Any subsequent extension requests must go to the Board for approval.
Please be aware that, due to the lapse of time since the original final approval, the utility plans may
require revisions prior to issuance of building permits if anything on the plan must be changed to meet
current City standards. In addition, the development agreement may need to be amended. You should
contact Mike Herzig or Kerrie Ashbeck of the Engineering Department if you have questions about
possible revisions or amendments to the previously approved documents. They can be reached at 221-
