Potts 1415 West Elizabeth Street Fort Collins, CO. 80521 Dear Kevin, On June 22, 1992, the Potts P.U.D. was given final approval by the Planning and Zoning Board, with a condition that the Development Agreement and Utility Plans be approved and signed prior to the second monthly Planning and Zoning Board Hearing, in this case being August 24, 1992. To date, the Development Agreement and Utility Plans are not signed. You must notify the Planning Department in writing prior to the August 24th hearing of the need for an extension of time to complete these requirements. Planning staff does not initiate necessary extension requests. Include in your written extension request any unusual circumstances which apply to the project and which have created a delay in getting the Development Agreement and Utility Plans approved. Please include the length of extension needed, ie. 1 month, 2 months, 6 months, etc. If we do not. receive written notice by August 24, 1992, the extension request will not be on the Planning and Zoning Board Hearing that evening. There is the possibility that the project would lose its approval and you would then be required to resubmit the project and go through the 7-week process again..
