Dear Sir:
I received yournotification of a planning meeting to discuss the
above project, to be held on Wednesday January 22, 1992. As I will
be out of town at that time, I wish to make a couple of remarks
in writing.
I fully realize that nothing wi-11 stop this development from
going through, but I really think someone should stop and think
about the traffic problems that will be made much worse when this
is built,, and occupied. West Elizabeth Street is already a death-
trap just waiting to happen with CB&P, Diamond Shamrock and Taco
Bell on the south and Ram Village on the north. Those two
accesses to Elizabeth Street, one being a street and one being an
access really have created a serious traffic situation.
Plus I am sure like Ram Village the developer won't have to
provide adequate parking for the occupants of the apartments.
