RE: Spradley-Barr Enlargement of a Non -Conforming Use
Dear Mr. Ewing:
On Monday, January 27, 1992, the City of Fort Collins Planning and
Zoning Board approved the Enlargement of a Building Containing a
Non -Conforming Use to allow the two structural additions for the
auto and truck painting operation.
These two structures are now an approved use. Please contact the
Building Inspection Division, located at 281 North College Avenue,
in order to process the necessary building permit. If you have any
