Dear Neighbor:
We are excited about the prospect of establishing the Springwood Institute
of Art and Photography at our property here in Fort Collins. The facility
will serve a small, select group of artists and photographers.
We hope you can come to the neighborhood meeting announced on the
attached notice (Thursday, January 2, 1992, 7:00PM). We look forward to
the opportunity to show you our vision for the Institute.
The attached information sheet gives some of the preliminary details of
our project. The two most important items are: (1) the proposed
Springwood Institute should generate less traffic than our present home
occupation, and (2) we will not be making any exterior changes to the
property and only minor changes to the interior.

at any time.
