Dear Property Owner:
On Thursday, November 12, 1992, at 1:30 p.m. in the Planning
Department Conference Room at 281 N. College Avenue*, the Director
of Planning will hold an administrative review hearing to consider
a Minor Subdivision request in your neighborhood.
This request is known as Conifer Industrial Park Minor Subdivision,
Case #61-91. The request is to replat lots 10, 11, and 12 of Block
4 of the first replat of Evergreen Park Subdivision into four legal
lots. The lots are currently vacant and are located at the
northwest corner of Blue Spruce Drive and Conifer Street. No
development plans have been submitted for any of these lots. The
lots are currently zoned I1, Limited Industrial. The zoning will
not change. All proposed uses must still meet requirements of the
IL Zoning District. Future development proposals must be submitted
to the Planning Department, to be processed and reviewed in
accordance with Section 29-372 (IL -Site Plan Review) of the Code of
the City of Fort Collins.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this
hearing is derived from the most currently available records of the
Larimer County Assessor's Office. Please feel free to notify your
neighbors of this pending hearing so that all may have the
opportunity to attend.
