Dear Resident:
On Thursday, July 2, 1992, at 1:45 p.m., in the Planning Department Conference
Room*, 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins
Planning Director will hold a public hearing to consider a Minor Subdivision
request known as D.L & G Partners Minor Subdivision, #2-92.
This is a request for a minor subdivision to divide 6.32 acres into two parcels
of 5.53 and 0.79 acres each. The site is an existing facility located south of
Harmony Road east of the Union Pacific Railroad Tracks. This site is addressed
as 1827 and 1835 East Harmony Road. The purpose of the subdivision is to create
a legal lot for the Life Center Christian Church.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is
derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag
time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations,
a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify
your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity
to attend.
