Re: Staff Comments Dunn Addition/Remodel, Feb 10, 1992
Dear Mr. Shepard:
We have reviewed the referenced staff comments with Monte
Peterson. At this time this is my best response:
1. The road on the south is intended for the use of kitchen and
supply deliveries, and for trash pickup. Depending on budgetary
constraints, we will either pave this road with new asphalt or spread
recycled asphalt.
2. The road will not be equipped with a gate.
3. The road does have a curb cut. This was approved by the City
of Fort Collins in August, 1991.
4. The three Locust trees are part of a memorial and will be
moved, along with the benches, to a spot further east. We will
submit a landscaping plan.
5. The dashed line on the corner indicates possible future
expansion. This is not a play area.
6. The gate location on Mulberry will remain operable and meet
the specifications of the Poudre Fire Authority. (Their request
presented during Conceptual Review was to chain the gates and leave
them operable).
7. By way of a copy of this memo, we have instructed our
architects to meet ADA requirements on ramp specifications.
8. Our architects will provide a vicinity map along with existing
square footage and proposed new square footage. Requested prints
and colored renderings will be provided no later than February 18,
1992.
Ted, thank you for your help and guidance.
Sincerely,
on Daggett
Construction Project Manager
