Dear Steve:
We as home owners of the "Patio Homes at Pinewood" have some
concerns about the completion of our project. Gene Little the
project developer has recently made some statements about specific
items related to the finished project. Items listed below have
concern from us as home owners.
*Gene has stated he will eliminate the planned fence on the
west property boundary. As home owners we purchased this property
in good faith expecting a fence when the project is completed. We
want the fence.
*Gene shows the evergreen trees to be planted on the property
are Austrian Pine and Pinion Pine. As we look at the actual room
available for mature tree growth in the landscape. We are
concerned that this type of tree will overwhelm our yards. We
would like trees that more appropriately fit the size of the yard.;
*Final grade of the property is another area of concern.
There are several parts of the project that look questionable to us
as home owners and would like to have the property inspected by a
qualified city official.
*Repair to damage of property done during construction and
landscape installation. Examples: Damage to rain gutters, marks on
brick walls, broken bricks, chipped sidewalks and patios, broken
fencing, original garage that was damage.
We as home owners would like the city to be aware of these concerns
and we are relying on the city to protect us as this project comes
to completion. This will be either an attractive addition to the
city or a half finished possible eye ser&r.
Scrr.
