HomeMy WebLinkAboutPATIO HOMES AT PINEWOOD PUD - 4 92 - DECISION - HEARING OFFICER DECISIONMINOR SUBDIVISION ADMINISTRATIVE RULING PLAT OF PATIO HOMES AT PINEWOOD PUD PLANNING DEPARTMENT PROJECT NUMBER #4-92 WHEREAS, the applicant, Gene R. Little, has duly followed the City procedure for Minor Subdivisions as outlined in Section 29- 644(g) of the City Code and has submitted this application for Minor Subdivision of the following described property, to wit: Located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado. WHEREAS, the City Planning Department Staff processed the application in accordance with Section 29-644(g) including the notification of property owners within 500 feet of the said subdivision, and posting the required sign on the subject property; and WHEREAS, the Director of Planning held a public hearing on Wednesday,. February 26, 1992 at 1:45 P.M. in the Planning Conference Room, 281 North College, for the purpose of reviewing the minor subdivision application. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED BY THE DIRECTOR OF PLANNING OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS THAT: The Minor Subdivision now known as Patio Homes at Pinewood PUD, #4- 92, hereby is approved, and as grounds, therefore, the Director of Planning does find the following facts to be true: A. The proposal meets the design criteria and standards of the City for streets and utilities. B. The lot in this subdivision fronts on a dedicated right- of-way. C. Zh e lot is cm� ent with, qnd meets the requirements of he Patio at Pinewood PUD. DIRECTOR DATE
