Dear Jeff:
On February 19, 1992 I sent a letter to Dick Rutherford regarding
the revisions needed on the Granada Heights PUD. The following
deadlines must be met in addressing the comments from my February
19 letter, so that this project may stay on the April 27 Planning
and Zoning Board agenda:
Wednesday, April 1 five (5) copies of revised plans
Monday, April 20 8-1/2 x 11" PMT, ten (10) folded
copies of the site plan and
colored rendering
Please be aware that these dates (April 1 and April 20) do not
include. any time required for the submittal and review of any
required storm drainage information. Please contact Glen Schlueter
of the Stormwater Utility regarding this information and any
necessary submittal deadlines.
