Dear Resident:
On Wednesday, December 18, 1991, from 7:00 - 9:00 P.M., in the
Unity Church* (located at 1401 W. Vine), the staff of the Planning
Department will hold a public information meeting to discuss a
proposed development in your neighborhood, known as Granada
Heights.
This proposal consists of multi -family units on the remaining
undeveloped land in Granada Heights Subdivision, which is located
on the north side of Vine Drive, at Hanna Street.
The purpose of the December 18 meeting is for the applicant (Jeff
Laughren) to present the development plans to the neighborhood,
answer questions about the project and receive comments from the
surrounding residents and property owners. I encourage you to
attend this meeting to gather information about this proposed
development.
The list of property owners notified for this meeting was derived
from official records of the Larimer County Assessor's Office.
Because of lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or
because of rental situations, some property owners may have been
missed. If you know someone that did not receive a notice
regarding this meeting, please pass this information on to them, so
all interested persons may have the opportunity to attend this
meeting.
