Therefore I am requesting minutes be taken including what plans the developer shows so I can review his intentions. Also please have copies of all the visual aids used in the presentation. In my absence I would appreciate your asking the developer the following questions and recording his answers: 1. When was the conceptual review? 2. When are you looking at presenting a preliminary?, 3. The North Bound Ramp and Prospect already have a level of service D. The city traffic engineer does not see a signal being put there in the near future. How do you plan to address this already congested intersection? 4. Are you forseeing the use of highway billboards to advertise the motels? 5. Your original ODP shows 1 motel, 1 fast food restaurant and 1 gas station/convenient store. Why have you decided to crowd more buildings on this lot? 6. With all the hotels, etc., on the Colorado 14 interchange, have you done a marketing study to determine if these motels and restaurants are warranted at this area? 7. Since Harmony Road is getting built up to the interstate and Colorado 14 is already an interchange full of hotels, restaurants and gas stations, why do you think we need this at Prospect which is only a 2 lane county road? Are there any interested buyers? If yes, who? I greatly appreciate your help in addressing my concerns. Sincerely,
