I would like to make it clear that this is my very preliminary response to.the site proposal. A traffic study which includes operational and geometric, analysis of the Prospect frontage and impact_of this development as it. relates to the I- 25 ramp and frontage road traffic should be provided for our review. My previous mention of sight distance concern for access to this property has been resolved. I returned to the site and believe that adequate sight distance is available along that property for an access if we determine one is appropriate. Tess M.
