This letter is a request for

(29-526[d]) of the Ordinance, on
Section 6 (29-627[a]), Variances, of the Ordinance allows
the Planning and Zoning Board to authorize variances based
on subparagraphs 1, 2 or 3.
The Speights PUD is an infil project adjacent to established
existing streets. The site is bounded by Timberline Road to
the west and Stoney Creek Drive to the east, both are
oriented north and south. Stoney Creek Drive, the street
which the residential lots will access is in place.
