RE: SPEIGHTS P.U.D.
Dear Kirsten:
This letter is to inform you and your department of the
intent of the Owner of the property located at 3820 South
Timberline Road, Fort Collins, Colorado, to submit for
Preliminary/Final P.U.D. application on March 30, 1992.
The project is being referred to as "Speights P.U.D.". The
site is approximately 2 acres. The intended uses are a
combination of commercial and single family lots.
It is my understanding that a neighborhood meeting will be
required this project. Please prepare a map identifying
adjacent property owners to be notified and I will obtain
mailing labels.
