HomeMy WebLinkAboutSPEIGHTS PUD PRELIMINARY AND FINAL - 17 92 A - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-NEIGHBORHOOD MEETINGDevelopmw,nt Services Planning Department City of Fort Collins March 17, 1992 Dear Property Owner: On Thursday, March 26, 1992 at 7:00 p.m., at Linton Elementary School (4100 Caribou Drive) *, the staff of the Planning Department will hold a neighborhood information meeting to discuss a development proposal in your neighborhood. The applicant will be in attendance to answer any questions that you might have. The proposal is for a mixed used development on approximately 3.0 acres, located on the east side of Timberline Road about a quarter mile south of Horsetooth Road (see attached map). The applicant is proposing a small animal veterinarian clinic and residence in the existing farm house. A 400 square foot addition would be added to the north side of the house for the clinic. On the south portion of the property, fronting on Timberline Road, the applicant is proposing a 4,500 to 5,000 square foot office, day care, or business service use as part of a future phase. The property is zoned RL, Low Density Residential, therefore the development would be reviewed as a Planned Unit Development (PUD) according to the Fort Collins Land Development Guidance System. The applicant is also proposing four single family lots on the eastern portion of the property. These lots would front on Stoney Creek Drive. The list of affected property owners being notified for this neighborhood meeting is derived from official records at the Larimer County Assessor's Office. Because of the lag time between property sales and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbors of this pending meeting so that all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
