Lockwood 4 Architect Please accept this written notice on behalf of the applicant for request to extend conditional approval for the above P.U.D. for one additional month. The approval by the Planning and Zoning Board was conditional that the Utility Plans and the Development Agreement be signed. It is my understanding that the Development Agreement has been provided to the City. The Utility Plans have been held up by Storm Water Utilities until just recently and are now ready for signatures. However, not to risk loosing approval this extension is being requested. If you require any additional information, or if any of the above understanding is inaccurate please contact me.
