Services r" 'tip Planning Department a3 City of Fort Collins April 14, 1992 Dear Resident: The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, April 27, 1992*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed annexation in your neighborhood. The proposed annexation is commonly known as Prospect Land Company Annexation and Zoning, #16-92. The applicant is requesting to annex 12.6 acres, located on the north side of East Prospect Road, between the Orthopedic Center and the Cache La Poudre River. Proposed zoning is R-C, River Corridor. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records.
