HomeMy WebLinkAboutOLIVE GARDEN MINOR SUBDIVISION - 14 92 - DECISION - HEARING OFFICER DECISIONMINOR SUBDIVISION ADMINISTRATIVE RULING OLIVE GARDEN MINOR SUBDIVISION PLANNING DEPARTMENT PROJECT NUMBER #14-92 WHEREAS, the applicant, General Mills Restaurants, has duly followed the City procedure for Minor Subdivisions as outlined in Section 29-644(g) of the City Code and has submitted this application for Minor Subdivision of the following described property, to wit: Lots 3, 4 and 5 and Colboard Drive of South College Investments Subdivision, Situate in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 35, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado. WHEREAS, the City Planning Department Staff processed the application in accordance with Section 29-644(g) including the notification of property owners within 500 feet of the said subdivision, and posting the required sign on the subject property; and WHEREAS, the Director of Planning held a public hearing on Tuesday, April 14, 1992 at 1:30 P.M. in the Planning Conference Room, 281 North College, for the purpose of reviewing the minor subdivision application. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED BY THE DIRECTOR OF PLANNING OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS THAT: The Minor Subdivision now known as Olive Garden Minor Subdivision, #14-92, hereby is approved, and as grounds, therefore, the Director of Planning does find the following facts to be true: A. The proposal meets the design criteria and standards of the City for streets and utilities. B. The lot in this subdivision fronts on a dedicated right-of- way. C. The lot is consistent with, and meets the requirements of the H-B, Highway Business District.
