HomeMy WebLinkAboutOLIVE GARDEN MINOR SUBDIVISION - 14 92 - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-HEARINGDevelopment Services Planning Department City of Fort Collins April 3, 1992 Dear Property Owner: On Tuesday, April 14, 1992, at 1:30 P.M. in the Planning Department Conference Room, 281 North College Avenue*, the Director of Planning will hold an administrative review hearing to consider a minor subdivision in your neighborhood. This request is known as olive Garden Minor subdivision, Case #14- 92 and is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Boardwalk Drive and College Avenue. This request consists of platting the property between College and Mason (north of Boardwalk Drive) into one 2.6 acre lot, for the purpose of constructing a new restaurant on the site. This administrative review request is being processed and reviewed in accordance with Section 29-644(g) of the City Code, as a minor subdivision. The list of property owners being notified for this hearing is derived from current records of the Larimer County Assessor's Office. Due to the lag time in recording property sales, or due to rental situations, all interested parties may not have received this notice.
