FORT COLLINS, CO 60525 April 8, 1992 Thank you for your letter dated April 3, 1992 regarding the development of OLIVE GARDEN MINOR SUBDIVISION, Case.#14-92 located.at Boardwalk and Mason Street and Boardwalk and College Avenue. This development should be an improvement to the neighborhood. The only thing I have to.offer at this time is there should be a repayment to me for one-half of the cost of constructing Boardwalk from the intersec- tion of Boardwalk and Mason Street to the West end of the existing parking lot that has been used for Becketts Restaurant. If this amount is not on file with the City I will be happy to furnish it to you.. Without looking it up it should be in the $10,000.00 to $12,000.00 range.for this portion of the cost.
