RE: SILVERBERG OVERALL DEVELOPMENT PLAN
Dear Sherry:
The following letter is our response to the letter of March 18,
1992 regarding the project. Our responses follow the numerical
order as your letter to us.
1. The owner has taken your comments under advisement.
2. The owner understands that at this time he would have to seek
sanitary services from the local district.
3. The area in question on the west end of the site is the
landscape setback that you requested at concept review and has
been so noted. The area east of the site is property that is
owned by the Ghent's.
4. At this time we are requesting full access to Prospect Rd.
since it is the only R.O.W. that touches the site.
5. The Ghent property is adjacent to the frontage road from
Prospect until the road begins to parallel the Interstate.
They have at least 21000 feet of frontage.
b. The plan has been changed to coordinate with the traffic
study.
7. The owner acknowledges that street improvements will be
necessary.
B. A separate drainage report is being filed.
9. Your comment is so noted.
10.The drainage report is addressing this matter.
11.Your comment.is so noted.
12.It is our intention to release drainage from the site at
historic rates.
13.Your comment is so noted.
14.The changes requested have been made.
15.The point charts were submitted as additional back-up
information.

in a flew days to discuss our revisions and to determine if
additional information or changes need to be addressed.
