Dear Dwight:
We are in the process of reviewing an Overall Development Plan for
the Silverberg property, located at the southeast corner of I-25
and Prospect Road and understand that you are the owner of the
property to the east and south. -
As part of our review of this plan, the issue of access to the
Silverberg property, -as well as for your own property, has arisen.
City staff has suggested that planning for the future access for
the Silverberg site be coordinated with future plans you may have
for your property. Thus, we would like to schedule a time when we
might meet with you and representatives of the Silverberg property,
in order to discuss the access for both sites.
