On Thursday, January 18, 1996 at 2:00 p.m., in the Planning Department Conference Room*, 281
North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins Planning Director will hold
an administrative hearing to consider the request for a Minor Subdivision/Amended Plat known as
Stone Ridge P.U.D., 4th Filing, Phase 1, Amended Plat, #21-92J.
The applicant is requesting to replat 34 lots for single-family residential use on 19.68 acres, located
on the north side of Horsetooth Road, just west of County Road #9, and zoned rlp, Low Density
Planned Residential.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official
records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been
missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have
the opportunity to attend.
