NOTICE OF HEARING
DESIGN REVIEW OF A PERMITTED USE, ADMINISTRATIVE RULING
ME -HE GLASS AND SCREEN, PLANNING DEPARTMENT PROJECT #20-92A
March 27, 1996
Dear Resident:
On Thursday, April 11, 1996, at 2:00 p.m., in the Advance Planning Department Conference Room*,
281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins Planning Director will hold
a public hearing for the purpose of considering the approval of a Design Review of a Permitted Use.
If approved, a Vested Property Right, in accordance with Colorado Law, shall be created.
The applicant is proposing a Glass and Screen Shop at 920 North College Avenue, consisting of 1,168
square feet of retail and shop facilities on 0.52 acres. The applicant's proposed use is a use -by -right
in the HC zone, and was be subject to what is termed a "Design Review of Permitted Uses," under
§29-520 of the Cily of Fort Collins Zoning, Annexation and Development of Land Regulations. The
property is located on the east side of North College Avenue, between East Vine Drive and Conifer
Street.
A list of affected property owners for this public hearing is derived from official records of the Larimer
County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because
of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify
your neighbor of this pending hearing so that all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. If you
are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome.
