Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 RE: Case Number: PDP190006 Title: WoodSprings Suite Engineering/Survey: Kimley Horn Engineer Contact: Parcel Number(s): 8715205001 Boxelder Sanitation District (BSD) has reviewed the Final Development Plan identified as: Preliminary Utility Plans for a 2.79 acre property consisting of a 4-story hotel building with 123 rooms. The District hereby advises as follows:  There is no objection to this proposal.  Responses required to comments below.  The District will respond at the hearing date of ______________. Comments: 1) Sheet 6 of 17. Show asphalt patch on existing 4-inch sewer to be abandoned. 2) Cleanouts should be installed at all bends on the service line. 3) Provide information on why an 8” service line is required. Service lines are not the responsibility of the District but the large size for this type of facility is not typical. 8- inch sewers cannot be tapped with 8-inch service lines. The District has adequate capacity to service the property referenced above. The District is in full compliance with federal and state water quality requirements.
