BDR Application – Replat/Lot Merger
Please accept the enclosed (attached via email) supplement documents with the Project
Narrative for processing of a Basic Development Review (BDR) application. The subject
BDR applications consists of a Replat/Lot Merger development review process to merge
existing, fully platted lots.
Below is a summary of applicable information as requested in the Development Application
Submittal Checklist, Section C: Application Forms and General Information.

Project Title:
Ent Credit Union – Minor Subdivision
Past Meeting Dates:
Various, applicant does not have knowledge of all meetings between Client and City.
General Information:
The subject property recently processes a Minor Amendment application (MA190014) to
allow for construction of a drive-thru teller kiosks with Interactive Teller Machine (ITM)
capabilities, along with minor site changes which included parking lot striping, vehicular and
pedestrian connectivity.
The proposed BDR application is to merge the existing fully platted lots, to be one lot under
the same ownership as listed above, Ent Credit Union.
There are no other site changes and/or modifications proposed with this BDR application, to
include but not limited to transportation, site grading, landscaping and building design.
