May 5, 1994
Dear Resident:
On Monday, May 16, 1994 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Webber Junior High School, 4201
Seneca Street*, the City of Fort Collins Planning Department will conduct a
follow-up neighborhood information meeting to further discuss a project known as
Mountain Ridge Farm, Preliminary P.U.D.
Mountain Ridge Farm is a residential project on 59 acres. As proposed, there
would be 113 single family homes, 36 patio homes, and 30 attached homes. The
site is located west of Shields Street, south of Cobblestone Corners and Skyline
Acres, and north of Johnson Elementary School (See map on reverse).
The site is bordered by Imperial Estates on the west, a County subdivision. As
proposed, Westfield Drive is planned to connect Imperial Estates and Mountain
Ridge Farm.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is
derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag
time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations,
a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify
your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity
to attend. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are
welcome.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please call our office at 221-
6750.
Sincerely,
74
