Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
May 23, 1994*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your
neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Mountain Ridge Farm PUD
- Preliminary, #18-92B.
The applicant is requesting 113 single family lots, 36 patio homes, and 30
attached homes on 59 acres, located west of Shields Street, south of Horsetooth
Road, north of Johnson Elementary School, zoned R-L-P, Low Density Planned
Residential.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the
public hearing, written comments are welcome.
