Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
May 18, 1992*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your
neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Mountainridge Farm PUD -
Preliminary, #18-92.
Request for 41 single family lots on 11.11 acres located on the west side of
South Shields approximately 1/4 mile south of Horsetooth Road and zoned rlp, Low
Density Planned Residential.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the
public hearing, written comments are welcome.
